Terms of use

Effective and last updated September 8, 2026. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Note to the agency: have a licensed Texas attorney review these terms before publishing. They are written in good faith but are not legal advice.

This site does not bind coverage

Nothing on this website — no form submission, quote request, email, upload, or page — binds, activates, renews, amends, or cancels insurance coverage. Coverage exists only when an authorized carrier issues it. If you need coverage bound or changed, speak with an agent and obtain written confirmation.

Licensing

Artha Insurance LLC is licensed as an insurance agency in the State of Texas only (agency NPN 22254975; individual NPN 22250458). This website is directed to Texas residents and Texas risks. We cannot quote, sell, or service insurance for risks located in other states.

Coverage descriptions are summaries

Descriptions of insurance products on this site are general summaries for education. They are not policies, endorsements, or coverage commitments. The terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the policy actually issued to you control in every case. Read your policy; where this site and your policy differ, the policy governs.

Quotes are estimates

Any premium indication or quote is an estimate based on the information available at the time, and is subject to carrier underwriting, inspection, and verification. The final premium may differ from any estimate.

Your duty of accuracy

Insurance applications rely on the accuracy of what you tell us. You agree to provide complete and truthful information. Misrepresentation or concealment of material facts can result in a policy being rescinded, a claim being denied, or coverage being voided from inception — consequences that fall on you, not on the agency or carrier.

No legal, tax, or financial advice

Content on this site is general information about insurance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and no agent-client, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship is created by using this site. Consult your own professional advisors for advice about your situation.

Third-party links

This site may link to carrier portals or other third-party websites. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Electronic communications

By submitting a form with your contact details and any required consent, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically. Ordinary email is not encrypted. Do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, full financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers by unencrypted email — call us and we will arrange a secure channel.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to breach security, probe or scan systems, submit false or fraudulent information, upload malicious code, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and the Artha Insurance name and logo — belongs to Artha Insurance LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or use requires our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artha Insurance LLC and its members, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, and nothing in them alters the terms of any insurance policy issued to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artha Insurance LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from this site lies in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Complaints

We would rather hear it first: call (469) 815-3491 or email info@arthainsurance.com. You may also contact the Texas Department of Insurance, which regulates insurance agents and agencies, at 1-800-252-3439 or through its website.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of it. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
